AirAsia launches two new routes from Thailand Don Mueang-Hyderabad and Phuket-Siem Reap now available for booking
BANGKOK, 23 July 2024 - AirAsia Thailand (flight code FD) continues the rapid expansion of its international network with three new routes announced in July alone.
Having introduced Bangkok (Don Mueang)-Phu Quoc earlier in the month, the airline is now offering guests direct flights from Don Mueang to Hyderabad, India with four flights weekly from 27 October 2024; and from the resort island of Phuket to Siem Reap, Cambodia with a three weekly flights frequency starting from 29 October 2024.
This is just the beginning of more interesting news from the airline this quarter. AirAsia Thailand is set to unveil three more international routes in August, bringing it to a total of six new routes announcements in the third quarter of 2024. The expansion focuses on the Indian and Asean markets.
Promotional fares for Don Mueang-Hyderabad from only 2,990 THB one way and Phuket-Siem Reap from only 1,550 one way are up for grabs from the AirAsia MOVE app and airasia.com website. Book now until 4 August 2024 for travel from 27 October 2024 to 29 March 2025.

We have seen overwhelming response from Thai travelers looking to explore foreign destinations as well as visitors from those countries coming to Thailand.”
AirAsia Thailand 9now flies to 12 cities in India; Kolkata, Chennai, Jaipur, Kochi, Bangalore, Gaya, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Visakhapatnam, Tiruchirappalli, and newest addition Hyderabad, offering a total 56 flights per week.
For direct flights to Cambodia, AirAsia Thailand offers three routes to two cities, namely; Bangkok (Don Mueang)-Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, and Phuket-Siem Reap.
